How Physical Health Controls your Mental Success

Fit School's Karen was published on the Guardian: Women in Leadership this week with her article all about mounting evidence which links physical health and fitness with cognitive function and brain size. What do you think:

  • What would really motivate you to exercise?
  • Do you already incorporate exercise into your life but you're not sure if it's optimal for you?
  • You only need 20 minutes. Could you squeeze 20 minutes into your week by changing a few things around?
  • If you needed treatment for serious illness, you would make the time. If exercise can prevent serious illness and injury why can't you make the time?
