Karen is the Queen of pregnancy Pilates.


Fit school was excellent at helping me pre and post natal. I met friends at the pre natal classes and Karen’s advice and willingness to listen to any queries was invaluable and very reassuring. Despite the challenges of lockdown, Fit School is always there to motivate and not judge and continually adapting to the needs of its community. I highly recommend joining.

Fit School started in Epping with post natal Pilates classes. It’s at the heart of what we do along with our hope to share evidence based exercise advice and exercises with our community, in order to empower you understand how your body is changing and to feel confident when you exercise. Whether that’s gentle Pilates with other mums to be or our post natal Pilates and exercise course.

Karen has been teaching pre and post natal exercise and Pilates for over 15 years, specialising in women’s health and pelvic floor rehab. Karen cross refers with women’s health physiotherapists and is regularly featured as both expert and writer in national magazines and press.

    Pregnancy Pilates

    Classes currently a mixture of in person, in Epping. 7.30pm on Tuesdays and online via Zoom.

    Post Natal Pilates and Fitness

    All classes currently online. 11.30am on Tuesdays via Zoom.
