Tackling the habits that sabotage good efforts, especially in people who aren’t financially limited, is the key to success.
If at the end of the week you and Chris agree the 12 week programme is right for you, you’ll have 12, weekly, 30 minute phone consultations. You’ll also have access to bespoke online exercise programmes. Yes, there is an exercise plan to follow (if that will work for you) but the exercise bit is easy once you’ve worked on the success saboteurs.
