We know - from nearly 20 years training clients - that if it feels too hard, you won’t do it. So we're going to take this step by step, with 20-minute workouts and daily tasks. We’ll focus on the process in order to make progress.

What’s involved?

  • You’ll get 28 days unlimited access to Fit School. That means you can join live online or in person (we’re in Epping, Essex) classes. Choose from Pilates or body conditioning (with me), circuits or run club (with Chris). If you can’t make it live, you’ll get the class recordings.
  • You’ll get access to an On Demand library of classes so you can do everything in your own time.
  • In addition to classes we've created step by step resistance training programmes to get you confident using weights. We’ll go from basic body weight training to adding weights and intensity with options for knee or shoulder issues. These will all be 10-20 minute programmes so super easy to squeeze in.
  • You’ll also get daily reminders (because reminders create habits) and science decompressed helping you to understand how your body has changed and why we need to adapt our nutrition and workouts over 40.
  • You’ll get a weekly live Q&A session and a live 'coach trains the coach' class you can follow live or cut out and keep. 
  • You’re also going to get a mobility class to do which will help with all the weights AND an ‘at home cardio workout’ and cardio circuit ideas for times you are stuck in the house (rain/kids/work). 
  • And there’ll be a weekly schedule that tells you exactly what to do but is flexible enough to fit with your life.

We really want this to work out for you so we’ll have an accountability group too.
