The Running Hub is where you can find our running specific strength and conditioning programmes and classes, help with your training and race strategy, running fitness advice, mobility and training/event nutrition all in one place.
Plus, unlike off-the-shelf marathon training programmes, you'll get access to Chris and work together to create your own age, fitness and lifestyle specific training programme.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Studies have shown runners who engage in a strength training programme every week compared to those who don’t, run 45 seconds faster and have 70% reduced injury risk.
One of our members dropped her 1K time (a measure of overall pace) from 5 minutes to 4m30seconds after 6 weeks of weekly running conditioning.

You'll also get two group check ins with Chris, where he'll help you with obstacles, analysing the data on your running trackers and getting to grips with nutrition and hydration.

You get access to one other Fit School online class every week as part of your course package. Whether that's Pilates or if your local you could come and join us in person on the hill for Run Club.
