    You know you need to do Pilates. Maybe you’ve been dipping your toe in to YouTube but just actually doing a bit of a stretch then getting distracted by that dust under the sofa (everyone has it).

    By the end of the 5 days you’ll feel better, move better and be confident completing and progressing a short Pilates programme you can do at home. PLUS you’ll feel more confident to join any Pilates class and know your basic steps to help manage pain, make you stronger and perhaps even feel ready to try something more energetic.

    Helping people get a great movement habit, who are perhaps a little nervous about getting started, is what I love. I do this with Pilates but also with resistance training and mobility. I want to encourage you to find ways to move that feel good for you and fit in with your lifestyle.

    HOW DOES IT WORK?

    love Pilates and I’ve wanted to find a way to break it down into more bite size chunks for a while.

    Breaking down barriers to exercise is completely my bag.

    By splitting Pilates out into 5, key concepts (rather than try to teach them all at once) I’ve been able to create 5, bite size sessions to get anyone from zero and clueless to mini mastery.

    It means you’ll know about breath; bringing awareness to your body; core concepts of engaging and using your muscles; how to move your spine which can bring instant relief to stiff, tired backs; and standing strength, which brings Pilates from the floor to real, walking around life.

    *Whilst you can do classes in your own time, we’d recommend you bookmark a specific time in your week to do this and protect it from being hijacked by people or stuff.

    DAILY NEW CLASSES

    Every day for the first 5 days you’ll be sent an email with a new 10 minute online class focusing on one of the core teaches. 

    KEEPING YOU ACCOUNTABLE

    You’ll also get an eBook with full instructions and more useful information about Pilates and how to get started. And you’ll get a checklist to help keep you accountable.

    EXTRAS

    You’ll also receive an extra ‘mindful wind-down’ 10 minute Pilates session to do at any time.
