Christopher Laing manages the nutrition, conditioning and weight management arm of Fit School.
This includes putting on weight in the form of lean tissue as well as losing fat.
Christopher has been running his own personal training business for 12 years in London and the Home Counties. He now manage health and fitness for a niche group of clients. His clients include celebrities, ex professional footballers, football managers, traders and business owners.
Christopher has specific areas of expertise – sports conditioning, injury management, muscle building, fat loss, training for events, 35+ men’s fitness.
Karen Lisa Laing manages the holistic and women’s health arm of Fit School.
She teaches Pilates classes in Epping and Essex as well as teaching and co-ordinating private classes (like our corporate classes). She also writes and presents on health and fitness, specifically women’s health issues.
Her aim and that of Fit School is to break down barriers to health and fitness. Her classes are fun and friendly environments. We aren’t on a quest for the body beautiful (although all of my participants are pretty perfect and beautiful in my opinion) but we do want to help you stay injury and pain free, reduce stress, make you feel better and encourage you to get an exercise habit for life.
