In this 10 minute mini masterclass I’ll show you the gentlest way to get started with Pilates and some of my favourite little tricks I've built up and tested in 20 years of teaching Pilates. 

I’ve built up 100s of little fixes and ways to make Pilates feel doable for everyone, so whether you're starting out with a stiff back or struggling to put weight on your knees this is for you.

And as I say in the workout, if you need to stay at this level for a while, do that. No-one is judging you.

You don't need equipment, you could just use a rug and a cushion.
