IS 10 MINUTES OF PILATES EVERY DAY ENOUGH TO BE EFFECTIVE?

IS 10 MINUTES OF PILATES EVERY DAY ENOUGH TO BE EFFECTIVE? (BEST EXERCISE TIPS)

Is it really possible to get the benefits of #pilates from just 10 minutes of Pilates every day?

If your time poor it can be difficult to get out to do an hour long class or tune in online to a longer class.

There are lots of shorter Pilates sessions available online (lots on my YouTube channel too) but can they ever be as effective as a longer class?

In this short session I’d like to encourage you to do just 10 minutes a day. I’ll look at the evidence to say it can be effective; what benefits you can get from shorter sessions, more often; and of course how best to use those daily #10minutepilates sessions.

I’d love to know if you find it helpful. Or what you’d love to know more about.

I share new videos and workouts every Thursday and health news based advice every Friday. Just subscribe to my channel and get notifications to know when each new one drops.
