Fit School's Post Natal Fitness classes in Epping are fun, fitness classes that you can bring baby along to.

Mums and babies love being outside, and whilst babies play (or snooze) mums get the opportunity to do something really positive for themselves, without needing a babysitter.

Plus this isn't just any fitness class, this class is designed specifically for women returning to exercise after pregnancy and birth. As well as exercise, there'll be guidance on managing energy, pelvic floor, and wellbeing.

What can you expect to do?

In every class, after a warm up you'll do a variety of low impact moves to get your heart rate up. There'll be plenty of strength and conditioning for your legs, bottom and trunk as well as core work specifically focused on post pregnancy bodies. You'll gradually increase impact and intensity as the course progresses to get you confident to hit your own fitness workouts or the gym when you feel ready to fly solo.

When:  11am, every Monday.
Where:  United Reformed Church, Epping.

All fitness levels welcome.
The Fit School Post Natal Fitness classes are £48 for a 6 week term (15% off for Fit School Members). These classes are term time only with a short course in the school summer holidays.
Mums wishing to attend both Post Natal Pilates and Post Natal Fitness receive a discounted rate.
*Please note babies are welcome to attend but are your responsibility at all times - they don't participate in the session*
