Armchair Eye Roller: I’m so unfit that I roll my eyes at everything you suggest I do but … I know I need to do something about it.
Moving On Up: You’re neither a sloth nor do you consider yourself to have ever been a fitspiration but you’re the Steady Eddie of fitness. You do your stuff. You’re making progress but you’re ready to take it to the next level.
Ex Fitspiration: There has been a time in your life, perhaps recently, where you were King or Queen of the forest trails and you left mortals quaking in your magical fitness dust. But you need a kick up the bum because you’ve been a bit slack and you know it.
Pilates Pam: I've got my cardio and strength sorted thanks very much but I would like to get more consistent with my Pilates practice.
