Join me and some Pilates friends for Pop Up Pilates

Pop up Pilates (drop ins welcome) is a chance to come and try Pilates, grab an extra Sunday morning class or bring a friend.

  • Do you enjoy Pilates, relaxation and good company?
  • Would you like to leave your regular responsibilities behind for an hour and invest in a little joyful time out to move your body?
  • Would you like some endorphins to bliss out for the rest of Sunday?

Join me at 9 this Sunday for a flowing Pilates class. All levels welcome. Nibbles after the class for all your hard work.

Here's what we'll do:

  • A gentle, flowing Pilates class with plenty of options for newcomers or old hands alike.
  • Settle in for some easy relaxation and deep breathing (no ohms or existential meditation).

This is a Pilates class with heart,soul and good cake.

      I’m Karen, and I’m a Pilates instructor

      Over the last 17 years, I’ve taught Pilates to hundreds of people across London and Essex, many of my participants have been with me for years and frequently say things like:

      • I suddenly noticed my back pain had gone
      • I've done Pilates before but no instructor has explained it like you do
      • I've tried and stopped exercise before but you've enabled me to stick to it for the first time
      • I love my weekly sessions with you. It's an escape from everything else.

      When I meet new participants I like to find out exactly what it is they're coming to classes for.

      Then I plan each class with my individual participants' needs in mind to get them to a place where their bodies can move better and they feel stronger.

      Pop up Pilates is an opportunity to dip your toe into Pilates and the way I teach.

          How to join

          Just bring your mat along.

          If you're coming alone, there'll be plenty of friendly faces to welcome you in.
