Boxing Course

The Boxing Course in Epping, is offered at 7 weeks, showing the elements of how you train for a fight

The boxing course involve intensive training, assessment, resistance training a bit of cardio exercise all designed to get your body moving better.

Please note, you do need to have basic boxing skills before taking the course. (The course is to train your stamina and fitness, not for sparring). If need be, we'll put on a basic class beforehand to get you heading in the right direction, just speak to ChristopherChristopher Laing manages the nutrition, conditioning and weight management arm of Fit School. This includes putting on weight in the form of lean tissue as well as losing fat.
