Epping Forest Baby

Fit School is proud to support Epping Forest Baby.

Epping Forest Baby was set up in 2015 by Karen and Natalie Goldsworthy (a Fit School member). We wanted to put together an event to support local expectant families and new families. The idea was to bring together health and community services like health visitors and breastfeeding support and local baby and parenting business and service providers together under one roof. The Epping Forest Baby Show was born.

Since then the team has grown to five and we've put on two more baby shows. Last year the team hosted the first Festive Family Market in Epping. This event brought together over 30 local and artisan businesses, from lifestyle to accessories, health, clothing, photography, gifts and food stalls. The event raised over £1000 for local women's refuge charity, Safer Places.

We're a not for profit organisation, with the aim of re-investing funds into events for the community as well as supporting local charities.

This year, due to Covid, we've been unable to host live events but we're currently working to help local foodbanks and families affected by Covid.
