INSIDE GET MOVING
Movement Basics. We’ll start with mobility and short daily exercise sessions you can do in your own time. These will take no more than 10 minutes and include Pilates, mobility, gentle cardio-vascular exercise and rest.
What’s Stopping You? Once we’ve got moving again, we’ll identify one key stumbling block. The thing that is holding you back. I’ll be able to provide tailor made advice and exercises or tasks you can do to start to break through those barriers.
Pat on the Back. We’ll also work out what is going well and how you can build on your successes.
Movement Planner. By the end of the 30 days you’ll have a weekly movement plan, tailor made to your lifestyle and your body to keep you moving. So you’ll never wonder what you need to be doing on a workout day again. You’ll even know what you need to do on days where life or events get in the way.
Pilates has really helped me in managing pain and discomfort … Through lockdown it was my one thing a week that I did for me and it was a saviour for my sanity on top of managing my back problem … I feel the benefit in getting my back moving and get a boost of positivity from you each week.
