Calling all bumps, new and growing families in Epping Forest

I'd like to invite you to an informal coffee morning to meet other new families and get to know some of Epping's familiar faces from the baby and parenting world.

It's been a long old journey from March 2020. I've noticed within my pre and post natal Pilates classes that many new parents feel or have felt isolated, especially those who are new to the area.

There are fewer local services than when I had my first child, so I feel it's more important than ever to find ways of helping you to connect.

Epping is such a friendly town, with lots of fantastic local classes, advice and help out there.

I'm teaming up with Epping Town Council who have kindly let us use Epping Hall and also with the Epping Playground Association so we can get you together and hopefully raise some money towards a new playground in Epping.

How to join us

You don't need to book, although knowing how many to expect would be helpful so we can manage numbers and refreshments (there's a button to click below to say you'd like to come).

Babies, toddlers and all family members are welcome. Dads need friends (and coffee) too.

Maulik Patel will be joining us with his Cafe2U van. He'll set up outside the hall with hot drinks including plenty of decaf options and non dairy options too. Do bring a reusable cup if you have one (although he does have cups). 20% of all sales on the day will go directly to the Epping Playground Association. We'll provide cold drinks and nibbles.

No one is going to sell anything to you (other than hot drinks), this is about meeting people. But I have invited some of my most trusted and favourite local baby people along to the event, so if you do need advice or you're looking for classes there's a list of who's coming below.
